How Long Does Shipping Take?
Order processing takes 2–3 business days. Once your order has been processed, your package will be shipped with an estimated delivery time of 6 to 10 business days. Please note that some products may currently require longer delivery times.
You can track the status of your order at any time using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Are There Shipping Costs?
No — shipping is completely free.
I received only one product, where is my second product?
We ship from multiple warehouses, which means your items may arrive in separate packages with different delivery times. If part of your order is still on the way, you will receive it shortly.

How Can I Cancel My Order?
If you change your mind before your order has shipped, you can cancel it at any time by contacting us through the contact form.
Once the product has left the warehouse, we can no longer cancel the shipment. However, you still have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. To do so, please print and complete the form included in our cancellation policy and return the product to us. As soon as the item arrives back at our facility, we will refund the full purchase price. Please note that return shipping costs must be covered by you.
Can I Pay by Invoice or Prepayment?
No. Payment by invoice or prepayment is not available. All accepted payment methods are listed in the footer of our website and shown during checkout.
Why Was My Cancellation Form Rejected?
Possible reasons include:

The item is a hygiene product (e.g., underwear, toothbrushes, bandages, etc.)
