Shipping Policy

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed from within the United States. The purpose of this policy is to clearly inform you about our shipping procedures. By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Delivery Time

The order cutoff time is 6:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). All orders, excluding weekends and holidays, will be processed after you receive your order confirmation email. You will then receive a separate notification once your order has been shipped, which will take place after your payment has been received.

The processing time for all orders is two to three business days. After your order has been successfully processed, we will ship your package with an expected delivery time of between six and ten business days.

We work closely with our carriers to ensure delivery within the specified timeframe. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather, incorrect address information, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always do our best to resolve any issues related to returns, claims, or lost packages.

If a package is lost, missing, or cannot be confirmed by tracking, we will arrange a reshipment. Packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier will first be investigated and cannot be refunded until the matter is clarified. If your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@ankle-guard.com with your order number.

Address Changes

We cannot change the delivery address once a package is in transit. If you need to update the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@ankle-guard.com

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to follow the package until it is delivered. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available after dispatch.

If you have not received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@ankle-guard.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving your order, cancellations are accepted at any time prior to shipment. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our cancellation policy for further details.
